What the demo shows
- the widget opens on its own 15 seconds after the page loads;
- two buttons run a short path to a contact, the third goes through a clarifying question;
- free text is classified, and safe questions get a real answer before the form asks for a contact;
- a contact can be sent straight away, without answering anything;
- the EN and RU switch in the header changes the language of what comes next;
- the dialog survives a page reload;
- once a contact arrives, the team gets a Telegram message.
What the prototype does not do
- quote prices, promise dates or guarantee a listing: those go to a human;
- answer anything outside a short list of verified answers;
- offer an operator console.
The form is honestly labelled as an assistant and never claims to be a person. Contacts collected here go to a test chat.
